Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for developing innovation solutions? Join our team! As an Application Administrator I, you will be using your skills and expertise to problem solve and architect challenging, new IT solutions. You'll be responsible for planning, analysis, and design of our enhancements, major deployments, upgrades, and user/role based security. Your technical responsibilities include the application of our server based IT system methodologies and concepts. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications. Responsibilities Maintain a large n-tier production environment, ensuring high availability of mission critical systems. Work with the Development Team to deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain custom applications. Work with the DevSecOps pipeline to improve integration, delivery, and quality of applications. Automate and streamline processes to improve team execution. Be a key member of the incident, Change, Availability, Release and Problem Management process to ensure performance, compliance, value and quality. Work closely with the line-of-business teams, internal technology teams and external vendors to define, build, deploy, procedures and support of operational readiness. Work with technology partners to research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions, options and recommendations Ensure that all internal and external changes are managed and follow the problem and change management process Monitor and identify trends and behaviors in systems support and implement processes and systems to proactively monitor and deal with technical issues to reduce business impact and increase system up-time Root-cause complex problems involving multiple parties, networks, hardware and software Analyze application data to access performance and uncover problems Coordinate resolution with development team and project managers Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 0-2 or more years of relevant experience Higher education may substitute for relevant experience Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education Basic understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office lifecycle management Familiarity with managing 3rd party licenses software Qualifications We Prefer: Experience troubleshooting\managing Windows 10 and Microsoft's upgrade cycle Experience managing/configuring Microsoft Office Experience troubleshooting and configuring workstation hardware Experience managing endpoints using latest version of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Experience managing mobile devices using an MDM/EMM Experience troubleshooting and configuring Dell & Microsoft workstations specifically Experience managing/configuring Office 365/Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise Experience managing and configuring M365 solutions Experience with Office 365/Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs. Estimated Starting Salary Range: $71,338.47 - $98,090.40. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
