Full Job Description

You could be the one who changes everything for our 28 million members as a clinical professional on our Medical Management/Health Services team. Oregon residents are preferred for this fully remote role, with a strong preference for candidates residing in Lane County, Oregon. Position Purpose: Provide clinical expertise for a defined disease or condition. Identify and provide ongoing training and in-services to clinicians and outreach staff. Provide clinical support and information to counseling and outreach staff in area of expertise Update evidence based clinical guidelines and maintain standards of practice Provide input on content and parameters of clinical audit tools and assist with educational needs identified through such audits Research relevant publications for updates to evidence based guidelines at least annually Provide input on changes to product descriptions and program practices Share information regarding clinical updates to counseling staff Education/Experience: Master's degree in Social Work or related field. 5+ years of behavioral health experience. Licenses/Certifications: LCSW (Licensed Certified Social Worker) preferred Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
