This role is essential in delivering high-quality wound care and treatment services while supporting positive resident outcomes. Pay Range: $35$40 per hour, DOE Schedule: Full-Time Location: Willow Springs Healthcare Center Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive wound care and treatment services in accordance with physician orders and care plans Perform wound assessments, dressing changes, and documentation Monitor healing progress and report changes or concerns promptly Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update treatment plans Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Educate nursing staff on proper treatment and wound care protocols Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications: Current and active California nursing license (LVN or RN, as applicable) Prior experience in wound care or treatment nursing preferred Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care If you are passionate about wound care and want to make a meaningful impact in a supportive skilled nursing environment, we encourage you to apply.
