Job Description DPR Construction is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to support the San Diego Business Unit. This role is responsible for owning the day-to-day office experience, coordinating workplace operations, and ensuring a well-organized, high-performing environment that reflects DPRs culture and standards. The Office Coordinator serves as a central point of coordination across leadership, facilities, reception, and internal partners. In addition, this role owns the operational planning and execution of office events, mobility support, and provides structured coordination support to the Business Unit Leadership Team (BULT). Key Responsibilities Office Experience & Operations Own and maintain a high-quality, organized, and welcoming office environment Proactively identify operational needs and implement improvements to enhance workplace effectiveness Coordinate across internal stakeholders to ensure seamless office functionality Partner with facilities to escalate and coordinate building-related needs Manage and maintain inventory of office swag and branded materials, ensuring availability to support new hires, visitors, clients, and events Organize inventory systems, ensuring materials are secure, accessible, and well tracked Meetings & Workplace Coordination Coordinate with facilities and front-of-house partners to ensure effective and optimized use of conference rooms and shared meeting spaces Support alignment of scheduling, space readiness, and overall meeting experience Assist with special meeting and event needs, including peer group sessions and leadership gatherings Support peer group event coordination, including booking, logistics, and execution support Office Events & Culture Activation Own the planning coordination and execution readiness of the San Diego Business Unit event portfolio Serve as the single point of accountability for office and Business Unit events and internal gatherings Develop and maintain an annual event calendar and planning roadmap Coordinate logistics, resources, and stakeholders required for successful execution BULT Coordination Support Provide structured coordination support to Business Unit Leadership Team members Manage and optimize calendars to align with priorities and business needs Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and events Support effective execution of leadership activities and commitments Mobility & Office Systems Own the mobile phone lifecycle, including onboarding, distribution, tracking, and collection Provide basic troubleshooting support and coordinate issue resolution with IT partners Maintain accurate tracking and organization of mobile devices and related assets Support coordination of office systems and resources in partnership with internal teams Anticipated starting pay range: $85,000.00- $100,000.00 Nothing is more important than your health and wellness.
