What you'll do: Apply core assessment criteria and behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate talent aligned with business needs. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using multiple channels to build functional talent pools. Analyze historical data and market trends to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide informed recruitment insights. Manage talent pipelines proactively, ensuring timely engagement and conversion of prospects. Support agile project initiatives by tracking progress and contributing to process improvements. Recommend and implement solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment planning within complex organizational environments. Strong proficiency in behavioral interviewing techniques to assess candidate fit against defined business criteria. Experience leveraging data analytics and historical trends to inform sourcing strategies and improve selection accuracy. Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive alignment on hiring needs and talent strategies. Skilled in identifying process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
