Class A Driver (Frederickson, WA)

LeMay PCR, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a safety-conscious Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Frederickson, WA. This is a stable, full-time opportunity with competitive union pay, benefits, and long-term career growth. Pay & Schedule Competitive hourly wages starting at $35.00$35.50/hr Full-time 4x10 schedule (four 10-hour shifts) with a rotating day off, including a regular Saturday shift as part of the workweek, averaging 45 hours per week with overtime opportunities. Duties and Responsibilities Operate a Class A tractor-trailer (manual transmission) on dedicated local routes Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, including checking fluids, tires, and safety equipment Maintain compliance with DOT safety regulations Provide courteous and professional customer service Perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly Climb in and out of the truck cab multiple times per day (40+ times) Opportunity for training on Roll-Off equipment Complete other job-related duties as assigned Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, vibration, and moderate noise levels Frequent climbing, lifting, and physical activity required throughout the shift Must be able to safely perform all essential job functions Minimum Requirements Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Drivers License) Minimum of 3 years of Class A commercial driving experience, preferably with 53' trailers Clean driving record in compliance with DOT regulation 49 CFR 383.51 High School Diploma or GED Ability to perform physically demanding work without restriction Basic knowledge of truck components and inspections Strong safety mindset and customer service skills Ability to work in all weather conditions SAFETY SENSITIVE: YES To be considered for any of our current openings, you must complete an application at www.careers.wasteconnections.com.
