Job Summary This 2-year rotational program at Fresenius Kabi gives recent college graduates a unique opportunity to begin their careers gaining a holistic understanding of 4-5 commercial functions via rotational work assignments. Commercial Professional Development Program (CPDP) Associates will rotate through key commercial departments such as Marketing, Contract Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations. CPDP Associates leave the program with organizational knowledge and insights which are brought into a full-time role within Fresenius Kabi. The program offers the opportunity to immediately contribute to the business goals of each department taking on tasks and projects. As a CPDP Associate, you will discover your strengths, and build upon the skills and knowledge acquired during your studies. Successful candidates will rotate through various departments up to 24 months. Responsibilities include projects that support Commercial departments of the US businesses within Fresenius Kabi. These projects include, but are not limited to product launches, product life cycle management, customer database development, sales team operations, sales training, customer/product analysis, market research and general product knowledge. This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite in the Lake Zurich, Illinois office 3 days a week. Salary Range: $63,000 - $65,000 per year Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Responsibilities Completion of department rotations of 4-6 months. Commercial departments such as customer service, marketing, contract marketing and business planning and analysis, supply chain, and sales operations. Responsibilities will vary upon each placement: Customer Service Create various reports identifying and categorizing customer demographics, identifying customer needs and opportunities to cross sell products, may have limited client contact. Contract Marketing Responsible for building and maintaining a database of bidder contract data in order to gain an understanding of the bidding process and as well as monitoring of compliance. Creates reports from database for future marketing use. Business Planning & Analysis/ Supply Chain Learn and gain an understanding of the market drivers by providing analysis reports to Marketing Leadership and by being involved in a forecasting cycle. Marketing building upon the knowledge and experience from the previous placements, the candidate will be able to assist in building business plans, analyzing market/customer trends, and bringing new generic products to market. Sales Enablement /Operations participate in systems, reporting, and tools that enable sales organizations to serve needs of customers. Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as assigned by management. Requirements Bachelors degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing or Finance. Ideal candidate will have recently graduated. Preference is given to those candidates with internship experience. Detailed and results-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to quickly establish working relationships and effectively transition through assignments. The ability to work independently and interface with various levels of management in a multi-task, deadline oriented team environment. Intermediate skill set with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other database concepts. Demonstrated results orientation and high productivity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
