ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT Alegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers, risk-takers, and innovative thinkers. As a Supervisor, Employer Services, these skills are essential for success: Abilities: Health insurance or consumer-directed benefits experience (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs, etc.), gained through an agency, TPA, health plan, or financial institution, is highly preferred, and familiarity with project management methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or PMBOK is a plus. Experience: Bring 3+ years of client or thirdparty administrator experience, including 1+ years leading teams and at least 1 year supporting large, complex employers such as multinational and Fortune 500 organizations. Education: Bachelors Degree or experience otherwise equivalent to a bachelors degree. The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this positions compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package. Position Compensation Range: $43,800.00 - $74,500.00 Alegeus may use AI technology during candidate interviews. The uses include recording, note-taking, and summarizing candidate interviews.
