Experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative (Westlake Village, CA)

VCA Westlake Village Animal Hospital in Westlake Village, CA is seeking an extraordinary Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team full-time. Pay Range (based on experience): $20.50 - $22.00/hour Position Overview: As a CSR, youll be the first point of contact for clients - whether on the phone, at the front desk, or online. Your role is critical in ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and patients, from check-in to check-out, while supporting our veterinary team with scheduling, communication, and medical record maintenance.
