You will: Work from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime throughout the week and/or on weekends/holidays as needed. The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is: $17.50 - $29.00. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs. Assemble product to be used in water filtration applications Learn and rotate through all tasks in a team environment Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all employees, emphasizing prevention of hazardous conditions and support Pentairs safety programs by following all established safety processes You should: Have basic math skills Have the ability to speak, read, and write basic English Be able to follow standard work procedures Be able to conduct audits for Quality, 5S and Safety Have excellent attendance Be able to lift frequently 3-15 pounds and infrequently 25-50 pounds, as well as regularly bend and reach Be able to stand for an entire eight hour shift, and work with small parts on occasion Be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by work area, such as safety glasses, ear plugs, hard hats, gloves, and steel toe shoes Perform other duties as assigned We like, but dont require: Previous experience in a manufacturing/assembly setting Basic knowledge of LEAN techniques High school diploma or equivalent Pentair is an Equal Opportunity Employer Equal Opportunity Employer Pentair is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
