The Multifamily Asset Management Surveillance team at Freddie Mac is the employer for you. Our team is integral to managing and monitoring the risk in multifamily portfolio. You will be involved in processes related to property surveillance in our Freddie Mac multifamily loan information to internal and external stakeholders. Our Impact: Detecting, evaluating, and managing credit risk associated with loans in the multifamily portfolio being monitored on the Watchlist Escalating loans that require heightened monitoring beyond Watchlist placement to our High-Risk Surveillance team or Asset Resolution Assessing loan-level risk through analysis of operating statements and evaluating property, market, borrower, and property management Monitoring and analyzing loan performance for loans designated for credit risk transfer requiring collaboration with Capital Markets, Seller/Servicers, and other teams within Freddie Mac Multifamily Your Impact: Communicating frequently by phone and in writing with internal business partners as well as external customers Actively managing and assisting Seller/Servicers, providing guidance, training and feedback as needed Assisting in the preparation of internal and external reports Performing special projects as assigned Participating in initiatives to streamline business processes and further strengthen portfolio management Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired At least 2-4 years of experience in asset management, banking or finance with specific emphasis on asset management, commercial lending, property inspections and credit analysis/underwriting Keys to Success in this Role: Understanding of and experience with technology productivity tools, specifically Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and be self-directed Strong organizational skills Current Freddie Mac employees please apply through the internal career site. Time-type:Full time FLSA Status:Non-Exempt Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $94,000 - $140,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
