The full Pay Range is $21.65-$38.03 hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. From application through funding, your work ensures loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and with care, providing members with confidence at every step of their lending journey. By partnering closely with members, internal teams, and external vendors, you help deliver seamless lending experiences while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Your attention to detail, commitment to service, and ability to manage multiple priorities directly support BECUs mission to improve the financial wellbeing of our members and communities. Note: For those who reside in WA: this role will require at times to travel onsite to the office in Tukwila, WA on a periodic basis. WHAT YOULL DO: Guide Loans from Start to Finish: Youll manage the loan pipeline from application through funding, keeping things moving smoothly and on schedule. Ensure Application Accuracy: Youll review loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and correct scoring within the Loan Origination System. Prepare Closing Documentation: Youll prepare, review, and finalize closing documents, ensuring everything is ready, compliant, and clear for member signatures. Fund Loans with Precision: Youll complete loan funding and disbursements accurately and efficiently, helping members access their funds without delay. Support and Serve Members: Youll work directly with members by answering questions, providing updates, and coordinating loan signing appointments. Review Supporting Documentation: Youll analyze income, collateral insurance, purchase orders, titles, and other key documents to ensure loans meet policy requirements. Handle Complex Title Reviews: Youll conduct detailed title reviews, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all regulatory and policy standards are met. Partner with External Vendors: Youll collaborate with vendors to clear collateral conditions and apply valuation cascades as needed. Balance Multiple Work Streams: Youll monitor multiple queues and inboxes, managing loans at various stages while meeting service level expectations. Deliver Professional, Compliant Service: Youll maintain high standards of compliance and professionalism while delivering prompt, respectful service. Bachelors degree preferred Minimum requires 1 year experience in Consumer Lending, indirect lending or small business lending Loan origination systems and document review PC skills, with the ability to learn new software Math and basic accounting skills Full-time hours required, with additional hours as necessary Desired Qualifications: Comprehensive understanding of consumer lending policies, practices, and regulatory requirements Analytical skills with attention to detail Communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks by prioritizing job responsibilities Thorough knowledge of all RESPA, HMDA, Fair Lending, and ECOA rules and regulations JOIN THE JOURNEY Ready to make an indelible impact?
