Paid on-the-job training Career Advancement Opportunities within Lithia & Driveway Supportive leadership and team environment Opportunity to start a long-term career in the automotive industry What You'll Do Greet customers as they arrive at the service department Move and park customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the lot Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas Assist technicians and service advisors with vehicle transportation and other support responsibilities. Wash and vacuum customer vehicles. Perform basic inspections such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels when requested Keep the service department clean, organized, and operating. Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the dealership. What You'll Bring: No previous automotive or dealership experience requiredwe're happy to train you. Punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Safely operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The California pay range for this position is $17.00-$20.00 hourly. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
