About the Role As a Dietary Aide, youll play an important role in supporting daily kitchen operations and ensuring residents receive meals in a safe, timely, and sanitary manner. Youll work closely with the Cook and Dietary Supervisor while contributing to a positive dining experience for our residents. What Youll Do Set up and serve meal trays to residents Assist with food preparation, snacks, and nourishments Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and dining spaces Monitor dishwashing temperatures and sanitation standards Store food and supplies in an organized and sanitary manner Take out trash and support overall kitchen upkeep Work collaboratively with dietary and facility staff to meet daily needs What Were Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Food Handlers Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a busy environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in food service or healthcare settings is a plus, but not required Why Choose The Pines?
