The Opportunity This position works out of our Austin, TX location in the Neuromodulation division. Our Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. These non-opioid therapies allow us to provide interventional pain therapy to patients throughout the pain continuum. As the Group Manager, Strategy and Analytics you will help advance the Global Market Insights team's mission to combine empathy and analytics in a way that provoke bold actions to best serve our customers. This position will lead key competitive insights initiatives and fuel growth by delivering actionable insights that guide strategy and influence decision making across product development and marketing efforts. They will lead, coach, and empower team members to be successful in their roles. This individual should have a strong ability to communicate and will be accountable for synthesizing and translating insights into strategic recommendations and actions at senior leadership levels. This role will focus on driving market intelligence and competitive analysis within the neuromodulation segment, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of innovation and market leadership. What Youll Work On Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the neuromodulation segment. Strategic Insights: Evaluate market data and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making. Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, product developments, and market positioning to anticipate market shifts and inform business strategies. Structured Communications: Deliver structured communications in written and verbal form on competitors and the category, providing insights and implications to the business. Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers, industry leaders, and potential partners to promote our products and services. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to top executives, highlighting market opportunities and strategic initiatives. Innovation: Lead initiatives to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, ensuring alignment with the organization's short and long-term goals. Team Leadership: Be seen as a trusted leader and subject matter expert, influencing, developing, and maintaining a highly effective team. Required QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field Minimum 8 years strong analytical, predictive financial modeling and strategic thinking abilities Minimum 10 years in market research, business analytics/forecasting, or competitive intelligence in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or similar industries Excellent communication and presentation skills Expertise in identifying data limitations, interpreting discrepancies, and synthesizing multiple data sets into compelling messages Ability to understand and communicate business needs effectively Conducts thorough research with attention to detail, applying logic and critical thinking Strong people leadership skills, capable of managing and developing teams Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
