The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language Must have minimum of one year experience in an upscale bar/lounge/restaurant Basic food, wine, and cocktail knowledge Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation Must be able to prioritize and multi-task Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends & holidays Sunday shift is required for this position General Requirements: Position regularly involves lifting food trays plates weighing up to 30 lbs. Pushing and pulling tables and chairs is required.
