Ivy tech Evansville seeks a qualified Administrative Assistant to work with both Career Link and the Office of the Registrar. Specifically, it will assist with to with Building Trades Apprenticeships and Registrar administrative work Essential Responsibilities: Ivy+ Career Link Apprenticeship Assistant responsibilities: Assist with degree audits for Building Trades Apprenticeships Process apprentice applications and course enrollment Enter student grades Provide administrative support to the Build Trades Apprenticeship Program Manager Registrars Office Assistant responsibilities: Provides administrative support to the Office of the Registrar. Process student demographic forms, FERPA, Course Repeat, Alternative Demonstration forms, etc. by utilizing the Banner, IvyQ and DocuSign. Process requests for academic transcripts, enrollment verifications and loan deferments. Assist with document imaging process Work with other front-line staff to handle in-person and phone traffic. Other Responsibilities: This is not to be construed as an exhaustive list. Other duties associated with this role may be assigned. All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements and professional standards. Hiring Range: This role is hourly and budgeted from $16.50-$17.50/hour depending on experience. Work Hours: This part-time role is scheduled from 9am-5pm Tuesday through Friday.
