Full Job Description

Flight Line Shipside Operations Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking Associate or Experienced Flight Line Shipside Analysts (Level 2 or 3) to support the 787 Program Delivery Center Operations Team in North Charleston, South Carolina on a Variable Shift! This position will provide critical production support to the Delivery Center including improving production efficiency, safety and optimizing product quality. Primary Responsibilities: Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization. Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results. Assist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issues. Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues. Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items. Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates. Works under general direction. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): Ability to work any shift, overtime, holidays and weekends 1+ years experience with operations analysis or research. 1+ years experience with root cause corrective analysis. 1+ years experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 3+ years of higher education and/or related work experience 5+ years Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience. 3+ years of experience in a supportive LSCC role 1+ years of experience flight line operations. 1+ year of experience working with customers Proficient in using CMES software. Proficient in REDARS, PSDS, and BAC specifications Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
