Research Technician- Dose Formulation Labcorp is seeking a Research Technician to join our Dose Formulation team in Madison, WI. Work Schedule: 7:30am 4:15pm Pay: $23/hr. Job Responsibilities: As a Research Technician, youll learn and perform essential lab techniques to prepare test materials for preclinical studies. Your day-to-day will include: Preparing lab reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules per study protocols Recording data accurately in both digital and written formats Learning formulation verification, sample disposition, and safe handling procedures Collaborating with scientists and technicians to ensure study integrity Maintaining a clean, safe, and GLP-compliant lab environment Developing skills in study setup, data organization, and client communication Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in chemistry or a related scientific field Additional Job Standards: A strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn A passion for science and a desire to contribute to life-changing research Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
