We are seeking a skilled Mill Machinist III who takes pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail. In this role, you'll manufacture complex, high-precision components used in critical aerospace and defense applications, working with advanced equipment and challenging technical requirements. This position is eligible for a $3,500 sign-on bonus. To qualify, candidates must submit their application between July 20, 2026, and September 11, 2026, and is subject to the terms of the bonus agreement. To be considered for this role, heres what youll need to bring with you: High School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Mill Machinist in a manufacturing setting. As a Mill Machinist III, you will: Perform a complete range of milling operations on all types of material using vertical mills, and tracer-type milling machines. Set up and operate a vertical mill. Make all set-ups using specified equipment. Occasionally develop new methods and machining techniques. Interpret drawings, occasionally work without operation sheets, and make difficult layouts. Need to work, at times, with minimum guidance. Inspect all work performed and detect unusual conditions, defective materials, and defective parts using different inspection equipment and processes. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
