Job Description: The PST - Converting Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining converting equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality finished products. This role requires a keen attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to workplace safety. Key Responsibilities: Operate converting equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols. Perform routine maintenance on converting equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure adherence to company standards. Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications: Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment. Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
