We're seeking a Associate, Service Ops Support who is ready to help us deliver on our commitments today, plan our strategy for the future and leave their fingerprints on the organization for years to come. Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Associate, Service Ops Support to oversee coordination of activities for the Service business.The Associate, Service Ops Support will ensure efficiency, cost containment, and customer satisfaction. What you'll do: Manage field focused tasks supporting field ops managers, supervisors, mechanics allowing them to spend time in the field. Support Operating Territory billable and non-billable repair documentation and scheduling based on contractual requirements. Support the team in tracking safety protocols including monthly minutes, accident filing, and coordinating follow up on safety testing requirements Ensure that material and labor cost align with monthly targets Manage customer billing to include tracking sales/margin and assist in inventory review and cleanup Report on performance to estimate on elevator repairs and distribute to appropriate parties as needed Enter and open purchase orders, track error status and accrual clean up, and resolve vendor issues Perform iPhone Application system data management Organize warehouse audits, inventory, and shipping What you will need to be successful: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers Need to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software. Strong leadership skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills The salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000.00 We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
