Job Description Ameriprise Financial, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer, in Minneapolis, MN Key Responsibilities To design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support application software in on prem and cloud environments. Work with customers, business analysts, technology cross commits, and project teams to understand business requirements and drive analysis/design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business/technology strategies and architectural standards. Weekly on-site presence of two days per week and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location #LI_DNI Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, plus 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the following: developing performant/cost-eective solutions using AWS native services, including S3, EMR, EC2, EKS, Athena, and Quicksight; building data models and reusable recipes using Dataiku; performing project delivery and complex data analysis to migrate data from an existing system to another; brokerage and banking business knowledge; end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodology; financial management and production support analysis, design, building, testing, documenting, and deployment. Current or expired AWS Solution Architect certication required. Salary Range: $145,018 - $151,500. Job Req #R26_1155. Base Pay Salary The estimated base salary range for this role is $145,018 - $151,500/yearly. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
