Job Description Receptionist Part Time; Thursday-Saturday 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. Starting wage: $15.16-16.25/hr. depending on experience. Application Deadline: Open until filled. About the Role: As a Receptionist at The Wexford, you will: Provide professional communication, customer service, and assistance to residents, visitors, callers, and staff. Manage and organize administrative tasks, including mail distribution, supplies, and workroom organization. Maintain confidentiality, effective communication skills, and participate in meetings as needed. What We're Looking For: Experience & Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1+ year of front desk experience or customer service experience preferred. Skills: Ability to clearly and compassionately communicate with residents, families, and staff, both in person and over the phone. Effectively manages multiple tasks such as scheduling, mail distribution, and document handling. Strong understanding of resident privacy and confidentiality requirements, especially regarding health information. Attributes: Patience and empathy. Professionalism and customer service mindset. Attention to detail. Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $15.16 - $16.25/hr.
