Dealership: L0336 Land Rover Mission Viejo Land Rover Mission Viejo Experienced Service Advisor Mission Viejo Land Rover is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a key part of our service department, youll provide our valued clients with exceptional service that matches the world-class quality of the Land Rover brand. What We Are Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor. Proven ability to upsell services while maintaining transparency and trust Strong working knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes Excellent communication and organizational skills CDK experience preferred, but not required Luxury/High Line experience PREFERRED. The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,500.00 to $161,800.00, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
