THE JOB: As a Food Server, you will take and deliver orders, maintain a pristine dining atmosphere, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. THE STARTING RATE: $8.75 per hour plus tips THE DAY-TO-DAY: Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome. Take and deliver customer orders accurately, maintaining knowledge of the menu and beverage options. Ensure table cleanliness and utilize a silent service approach. Itemize bills accurately and efficiently secure payment. Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, and Point of Sale (POS) stations. Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly with a sense of urgency. Communicate with management, chefs, and staff to address any guest requests or issues. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 5+ Years of prior Food and Beverage serving experience in a high-paced, fine dining environment is preferred Willing and able to work between 16-20hours per week on average, including nights, weekends and holidays. Hours of operation are as follows: Tues-Thurs 3:30p-10:15pm and Fri and Sat 3:30pm-11:15pm THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Free meals in our employee dining room.
