This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the security, efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure and related operations. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES Primary responsibility will be to architect, implement, and optimize cloud-based solutions while leveraging industry best practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and drive continuous improvement and innovation across our CloudOps and DevOps practices. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy robust, automated systems that support our organization's mission-critical applications and services. Monitor and maintain the health of our cloud environment, identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize downtime and incidents. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Required: Masterful understanding of advanced Kubernetes technologies and ability to design and diagnose production grade deployments at scale. Proven AWS cloud experience with Azure and GCP being a bonus. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation. Containerization experience with the docker ecosystem and related tooling. Production grade coding experience with languages such as Bash, Python and Golang for scripting and automation of services. Understanding of advanced AWS networking technologies such as VPC, TGW related technologies. A solid grasp of cloud security and best practices and an understanding of compliance standards such as HIPAA and HITRUST. GENERAL COMPETENCIES Required: Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to design and present complex topics to the team. Adept at critical thinking and problem solving. ***The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $125,241.00 - $187,862.00 The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidates relevant experience, education, and work location.
