Licensed Practical Nurse, DVH Shift Rotational Hours per week: 0 Salary range: $22.97 - $34.46 per hour, depending on experience. Overview A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider. Education/Experience Minimum Required: Graduated an accredited school of Practical Nursing Preferred: N/A License/Certification Minimum Required: Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines Preferred: Basic Skills Certifications (CPR) About United Health Services United Health Services is a not-for-profit healthcare system serving more than 500,000 people in Upstate New Yorks Southern Tier region.
