The Production Team Lead will be responsible for all metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development for a production area across shifts. Recommend and implement measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies, product quality, methods and working conditions so that downtime is minimized through the use of teamwork and TPM/continuous improvement principles. Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Communicate and reinforce plant plans in area of responsibility. Create an environment in which employees can work safely. Ensure the Quality System is followed and that products produced meet specifications. Partner with internal plant and external Ecolab contacts (Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory agencies) to proactively avoid quality, environmental and service issues. Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance and issues. Position Details This position is located in Garland, TX Work Schedule: 3rd shift (9:30pm to 5:30am) Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma and 4 years experience in a manufacturing environment OR Bachelors degree Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this position Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Experience in production supervision Experience in quality control in a chemical manufacturing environment TPM experience Proven interpersonal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with Microsoft Power Suite (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Teams, SharePoint) Experience with SAP Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The pay range for this position is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00.
