Available Title(s): 107N-YN_CS_NPS - Program Coordinator Business Title: Program Coordinator Employee Type: Classified Position Details: The Opportunity: As a Program Coordinator for the Carson College of Business Amplifier Program, youll be at the heart of a dynamic, student-centered initiative that prepares future business leaders for success. In this role, youll manage system-wide logistics, working closely with campus representatives to ensure smooth operations across multiple locations. Youll manage and maintain accurate data within the Suitable platform, monitor student progress, and generate reports that help drive informed decisions. Your attention to detail will be key as you assist with audits to ensure students meet critical admission and graduation requirements. Youll also play a vital role in employer engagement, providing logistical support for recruitment events, scheduling activities, coordinating resources, and advising employers on effective strategies to connect with students. Your ability to manage volunteers and collaborate with internal stakeholders will help create seamless, impactful experiences for both students and employers. Additional Information: This is a full time(100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible. Monthly Salary: $3,665 to $4,882 | Range 41 | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28. In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidates current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Required Qualifications: High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience. Experience coordinating on-going programs, events and/or services. Experience creating reports and managing/maintaining accurate records in a database. Self-motivated, able to handle multiple tasks, work effectively under stress and regular interruptions. Strong customer service experience. Experience with Microsoft Office, and strong experience with Excel. Ability to quickly learn and use new databases and student records management systems. Strong attention to detail, follow through, and consistency in meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration or related field. Strong technical and independent problem-solving experience. Experience working in higher education.
