Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: The Manager, Quality Assurance leads the development and execution of quality assurance programs to enhance customer and operational excellence. Emphasizing critical to quality attributes, risk analysis, and upfront quality in development, the team drives accountability, clear communication, and leadership to implement corrective and preventive actions. Utilizing data and industry best practices, members align processes with business objectives and support ongoing development to ensure excellence in manufacturing and product integrity. What you'll do: Manage quality assurance programs by conducting audits, analyzing key performance indicators, and delivering actionable feedback to improve customer service levels. Identify and implement process improvements and industry best practices to enhance quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop right first-time quality products, and corrective action initiatives when necessary. Lead root cause analysis and risk assessments to address service gaps and support continuous improvement in product development. Fostering teamwork, accountability and promoting a culture of learning and high performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while driving operational excellence. What you'll bring: Proven experience in quality assurance management, including conducting quality audits and delivering actionable feedback to improve service quality. Expertise in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality data to identify improvement opportunities. Proficiency in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and risk analysis to enhance quality processes. Knowledge of quality management systems, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
