About the team: The Senior Recruiter supports Walmarts Business Retail and Specialty functions by partnering with hiring managers across Realty, Store Operations, Last Mile Delivery, and related areas. This team drives strategic talent acquisition efforts, managing the full recruiting lifecycle for internal and external candidates. They leverage data-driven insights and agile methodologies to enhance hiring processes and stakeholder communications. Focused on continuous improvement, the team collaborates cross-functionally to address talent needs, optimize recruitment strategies, and deliver effective solutions that align with business goals and operational priorities. What you'll do... Align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives to address workforce needs effectively. Partner with stakeholders to assess talent requirements and develop data-driven recruitment plans. Manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring timely and quality candidate selection and onboarding. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and market insights to identify and engage high-potential candidates. Provide guidance on interview frameworks, assessment criteria, and candidate evaluation best practices. Analyze talent data to inform decision-making and recommend process improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to support evolving talent needs. What you'll bring... Proven expertise in talent acquisition with a strong focus on strategic workforce planning and stakeholder management. Ability to leverage data-driven insights and advanced analytics to inform hiring decisions and improve talent strategies. Strong communication skills to effectively engage and influence business leaders and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated capability to simplify and improve recruiting processes, enhancing candidate and hiring manager experiences.
