Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On Call Guest Services Coordinator who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Guest Services Coordinator reports to the Guest Services leadership team and acts as welcoming agent for all incoming and outgoing guests, including recognition of VIP, return guests, and club floor guests. Coordinates all bellman and driver activities. Assists in arranging transportation for guest. Restaurants and bars are infused with the magnetic energy of Ko Olina. Guests have the opportunity to splash into lively pools and lagoons, with numerous water sports right off the Resorts own beach. They are also able to play tennis and golf, then relax in the Spa wrapped in the effortless elegance of Four Seasons. What you will do: Greets guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo and offer Leis. Escorts guests to the front desk and introduce guest to the Front Desk Agent. Maintains detailed records of all luggage deliveries, guest room deliveries, amenity/wedding deliveries and all necessary back up. Assists Door attendant in retrieving valet tickets. Provides guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions. Arrange for taxis or resort vehicle transportation as needed. Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc. Greets all guests passing through the lobby and offers them assistance. What you will bring: High School diploma 2 years previous Resort or Hotel experience preferred Ability to read, write and speak English required Must have valid US Drivers License Fluent in Japanese, Chinese or Korean is a plus Meets all qualifications required to drive company vehicles and carts. Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
