Responsibilities include: Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility) Taking vital signs, recording food/fluid intake, and reporting changes in condition to nurses Helping with restorative and rehabilitative procedures Assisting residents with comfort, safety, and companionship Supporting meals and hydration by passing trays, assisting with food identification, and providing after-meal care Keeping rooms tidy, beds made, and supplies stocked Transporting residents to activities, meals, and appointments Creating a warm, respectful, and positive environment for residents and families Protecting residents privacy and dignity while maintaining confidentiality What Were Looking For: Active CNA license in California (required) Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented personality Commitment to providing excellent resident-centered care Choice of AM or PM shifts At Pine Creek Care Center, youll be part of a team that truly values your hard work and dedication.
