Job Description: Make an Impact Where It Matters Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Reading, PA facility. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving safety, quality, operational performance, and long-term profitability while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team of approximately 50 employees and partner cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, sales, and scheduling to optimize production and deliver results. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
