This position works out of our Plymouth, MN or Westfield, IN location in the Structural Heart Division. Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life by designing and providing device and management solutions for treating structural heart disease. Main Responsibilities Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce supply changes, minimize E&O, optimize inventory levels, and reduce backorders. Conduct activities such as: Mapping and documenting existing processes, systems, and data flows. Gathering stakeholder consensus. Recommending and implementing enhancements. Documenting new processes and training materials. Ensuring adherence to improved processes. Collaborate regularly with: Division Global Supply Planning Demand Planning Site Supply Chain Divisional Finance Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to upper management. Utilize multiple data sources to analyze and assess business performance. Develop reports that improve the ability to identify and address critical business issues. Identify and stay current with new tools relevant to the role (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Databricks, Macros, Azure). Accurately document and standardize processes and procedures. Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience Minimum 2 years of related experience in a supply chain or operations environment. Experience in the medical device or other highly regulated industries is preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functions, build consensus, and work across business units and geographic locations.
