Become a part of our caring community The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional performs analysis of business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications. You will work assignments involving moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You will report to the Associate Director, Product Management. The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional creates and defines systems and goals based on both user needs and an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. You will create processes to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, and operating time. You will validate benefits achieved from solution implementation. You will begin to influence department's strategy. You will make technical decisions on moderately complex to complex components. You will exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience. 5+ years of Primary Care/Healthcare related experience. Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation. Demonstrated experience with process project requirements documentation. Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle. Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences. Will work Eastern Standard Time hours. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree. Prior experience with EMR solutions. Prior experience with Salesforce. Lean Six Sigma or SAFe experience or certification. Additional Information: This is a remote position; however, preference given to candidates in these locations: AL, FL, GA, LA, NC, SC & TX. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $80,900 - $110,300 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
