This position will be a key strategic partner to the Networked Solutions Product Business Unit (PBU), providing financial leadership and operational support. This role is responsible for delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting, analyzing variances between actuals, budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans. You will lead complex financial modeling and conduct in-depth analysis to evaluate current trends and support data-driven decision-making. The position offers broad exposure across the organization, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and interaction with senior management. Job Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial analysis for global consolidation, highlighting variances, and providing recommendations for corrective actions. Contribute to the development of long-term budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial outlooks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion while identifying risks, opportunities, and recommending actions. Continuously improve budgeting and forecasting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, driving process improvements where needed. Analyze revenue profiles, focusing on customer and product profitability, supply chain performance, and the financial impacts of new product development. Maintain and enhance complex financial models to support executive decision-making and strategic planning. Partner with global business functions, operational teams, and project management offices to incorporate changes into financial plans and forecasts. Partner with an OpEx department(s) to support financial forecasting and reporting. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in driving business decisions through data-driven financial analysis and strategic planning. Handle ad hoc reports, validate data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial results. Assist and lead ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required. Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a strategic finance role. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, as well as proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI (preferred). Advanced working knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM planning or a similar cube-based reporting platform is required. Expertise in creating and managing complex financial models to drive profound insight into specific performance areas and identify potential optimization change initiatives. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills with all levels of the corporate ladder. Ability to drive progress forward in a hybrid work environment (virtual/in-office). Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or other business-related discipline; MBA a plus. Liberty Lake, WA: The base salary for this position is $96,000 - $175,000. This position is eligible for our annual bonus program.
