This role is a Demand Planning Manager with responsibility for a global team, a wide and diverse product portfolio and high visibility with leadership on overall success of demand planning function. What Youll Work On Exhibits end to end ownership of global demand planning From forecast generation, to tracking, to comparison summaries and changes. Partners with Commercial and Marketing teams to maintain global demand forecast and track key changes, risks, and opportunities. Represents the Demand planning function in working with the Supply, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver products to customer need. Develops and manages the demand forecast during the new product development process into commercial launch. Partners with marketing on associated product phase outs. Influences stakeholders to enable crucial conversations and alignment in forecasting method and result. Builds strategic partnerships to further departmental and organizational objectives. Confidently consolidates story and presents information to Executive level leadership. Identifies & manages process improvement projects that improve customer service levels, improve product flows, minimize supply chain costs and improve asset management. Lead initiatives to integrate AI- and machinelearningenabled tools that elevate demand planning capabilities and business results. Works in excel and ERP (SAP) system to reconcile forecast and communicate with local teams and supply organization . Partners with global teams on continuous improvement projects. Demonstrates effective change leadership. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels including employees, customers and suppliers. Hires and retains a diverse, highly qualified staff and provides ongoing performance feedback. Sets goals which align to department plans and manages the execution of goals through coaching and mentoring. Maintains a safe and professional work environment that fosters growth Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities Demand planning competencies Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing projects, teams, delegation, followup, and building highperforming teams Exceptional analytical, problemsolving, communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels Demonstrated ability to deliver research and insights that support strategic decisionmaking Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and other relevant applications Ability to perform effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Demonstrated track record of implementing technology to enable and improve demand planning processes and results. Specific experience with AI / Machine learning tool implementation. Preferred Qualifications Advanced credential, such as an MBA, MA, or MS in a relevant discipline/concentration preferred. Use of SAP IBP The base pay for this position is $129,300.00 $258,700.00 In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
