What You Will Be Doing The Custom Account Representative serves as a key liaison between customers, sales representatives, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver a best-in-class custom ordering experience. This role is responsible for managing custom orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring the accuracy of logo specifications, artwork approvals, pricing, and product customization details across apparel, outerwear, gloves, socks, and footwear. The ideal candidate combines exceptional customer service, strong organizational skills, and keen attention to detail to coordinate multiple projects, resolve order-related issues, meet critical deadlines, and support continuous process improvements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-3 years of customer service experience required. Previous experience supporting embroidered, customized, or apparel-related products preferred. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
