Dispatcher Location: Auburn, CA Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift Pay: $20-$23 per hour Join World Kinect as a Dispatcher, where you'll be the vital link between our drivers and customers, ensuring smooth, safe, and timely fuel deliveries. If you're a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys making a real impact, this is the role for you. What Youll Do Be the first point of contact for drivers and customer service calls. Analyze daily fuel delivery needs and assign driver schedules accordingly. Monitor fuel inventory systems and ensure on-time deliveries. Dispatch fuel loads and communicate requirements clearly to drivers. Provide exceptional support to customers and resolve inquiries efficiently. Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company regulations. Accurately track fleet availability and assist with documentation for internal teams. Report and document any accidents or spills promptly. Take initiative and adapt to changing priorities with minimal supervision. What You Bring Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Excellent communicationboth verbal and written. A positive, self-starting attitude with a focus on problem-solving. Solid computer skills and comfort with dispatching systems. Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations. Experience in the oil/fuel industry is a plus. Prior experience as a petroleum dispatcher preferred.
