Full Job Description

Keystone Human Services is seeking part-time Drivers to join our Keystone Autism Services team. In this role, you will provide individualized, person-directed support that promotes inclusion, independence, and meaningful participation in the community. As a Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation for individuals receiving services. This role supports access to employment, appointments, community activities, and social opportunities while ensuring passenger safety and vehicle readiness. The Driver works closely with individual supported, staff, and other stakeholders to coordinate transportation needs and maintain high standards of service and compliance. Responsibilities Include: Promote Keystones mission, values, and culture through all aspects of the role Provide safe and timely transportation for individuals receiving support to community activities, employment, appointments, and other scheduled destinations Collaborate with individual support, team members, families, and other stakeholders to coordinate transportation schedules and communicate changes as needed Maintain transportation schedules, vehicle records, maintenance documentation, and other required reporting Follow all applicable transportation regulations, safety requirements, agency policies, and procedures, including vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance requirements Communicate effectively regarding schedule changes, safety concerns, behavioral issues, vehicle maintenance needs, and opportunities to improve service quality Maintain appropriate and professional boundaries Compensation & Benefits: $17 per hour Actual compensation will be determined based on localized market data, skills, experience, and education Eligible employees will have access to our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan with company match; paid time off (PTO); tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, and more Education & Experience Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Additional Qualifications: Comfortable communicating clearly in both written and spoken formats, with the ability to understand and apply written information Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, and open to learning new electronic systems Awareness and understanding of Autism Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process, including background checks, clearances, and verifications Keystone Human Services prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities and prohibits discrimination against all individuals based on any category protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
