CCS Facility Services is seeking a Night Area Manager to oversee the night janitorial operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews Multiple site visits per night in company provided vehicle for quality assurance Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules Other tasks and administrative duties Required: Past supervisory experience MUST be Bilingual (English / Spanish) Drivers License and good driving record Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Attendance/Punctuality- Is consistently at work and on time.
