Role summary: The Senior Manager, Assortment Activation, leads the strategic planning and execution of key modular and relay initiatives to drive business objectives. Collaborating closely with Assortment Activation and site merchandising teams, we optimize floor plans, category space, and adjacencies to enhance the in-store experience and accessibility. What you'll do: Lead end-to-end planning, governance, and oversight of modular and relay initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. Manage portfolio capacity and resources to meet dynamic business needs and seasonal priorities. Establish and institutionalize execution standards and best practices across store formats. Collaborate cross-functionally to align decisions, clarify roles, and optimize data utilization. Mentor and develop managers and associates to build leadership capabilities and promote continuous learning. Drive process optimization, risk mitigation, and performance measurement to ensure execution quality and operational excellence. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
