We are looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our team! LOCATION: Dallas, TX , (ON-SITE) REPORTS TO: Senior Manager of Facilities PAY: $52,000 - $60,000/salary Depending on Experience CORE RESPONSIBILITES: Repairs and general maintenance can include but is not limited to electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and painting tasks Work and communicate with assigned vendors, and management on any maintenance related items Complete repairs efficiently and cost effectively o Control and monitor facility maintenance inventory Ensure compliance with building and OSHA standards With prior approval and guidance from Facilities Leadership open new facilities by dealing with construction accuracy, facility coverage, and coordinating with construction contractors Escalate repairs, asset replacement, and asset purchases to Facilities when external vendors are required REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience 2-5+ Years experience in the general maintenance field Knowledge of engineering concepts Skills: Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics Effective interpersonal and written communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively o Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) Ability/Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time Reliable transportation and own basic tools o Flexible schedule including nights and weekends Proficient in managing maintenance tasks through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Hands-on experience with Flowpath; transferable skills from similar platforms including Fiix, MaintainX, Hippo CMMS, and ServiceChannel. Other: The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces The ability to see and respond to safety hazardous situations The ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds The ability to work in extreme weather The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly.
