THE JOB: As a Food and Beverage Steward at Park MGM's Eataly, you'll be the vital force that keeps our bustling restaurant and retail operation running smoothly, managing a thrilling array of responsibilities behind the scenes and on the vibrant floor! THE STARTING RATE: $21.2258 Hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY: Clean ceilings, walls, and items that may require lengthy periods of time on a ladder. Dust mop and wet mop floors and run auto scrubber. Sweep and disinfect floors in the main food handling/prep areas and under main line equipment. Clean restrooms including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning urinals and toilets with proper chemicals, wiping down walls and mirrors and sanitizing sinks. Move tables/chairs to set up venue, as well as clean tabletops and doors/reachable windows as directed in all areas of the venue. Clean & scrub griddle, salamander fryer, oven, in all cooking stations. Operate dishwashing equipment to wash china, glass, and silverware to the appropriate SNHD standards. Wash and sanitize pots, pans, wares, and additional items in a three-compartment sink to the appropriate SNHD standard. Maintain cleanliness and working condition of garbage disposal, grease traps, and garbage compactor. Follow sanitation and table maintenance standards for amazing guest service. Take dishes / pots from all areas to the dish pit as needed.
