Activities Director Del Rosa Villa Location: San Bernardino, CA Pay: $23.00 $26.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Full-time (weekends and occasional evenings required) Del Rosa Villa is seeking an experienced and motivated Activities Director to lead our activities program and enhance the quality of life for our residents. This leadership role is responsible for developing and overseeing a dynamic, resident-centered program that meets the physical, social, and emotional needs of those we serve. Position Summary The Activities Director plans, organizes, and directs all aspects of the facilitys activities program in accordance with federal, state, and company guidelines to ensure residents receive meaningful engagement opportunities Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and implement a comprehensive activities program tailored to resident interests and needs Create and maintain a monthly calendar of group and individual activities Lead and supervise activities staff and volunteers Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care planning Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to activities programming Promote resident participation and engagement in daily activities Coordinate special events, outings, and community involvement opportunities Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care goals Qualifications Previous experience in activities programming in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred Activities Director certification or eligibility preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to create engaging programs for diverse resident populations Knowledge of regulatory requirements for long-term care activities programs preferred Why Join Del Rosa Villa Supportive leadership and team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in residents lives Growth opportunities within a growing organization Del Rosa Villa is an equal opportunity employer.
