Certified Travel Associate (CTA) designation required within 2 years of job acceptance. Existing book of business strongly preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Ability to respond to customer inquiries and interact with individuals. Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Strong organizational skills. Proficient using the Internet, AAA Intranet, Travel booking sites, and other applicable legacy and web-based PC applications used to process work and service client requests. Ability to complete all AAA Travel Agent training via AAA-University and class attendance is required. Working knowledge of geography and the ability to use manual (paper) or PC based maps. What We Offer: Base Salary: The starting base compensation for this position is $17.18 to $28.04/hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Monthly Incentives: This position is eligible to earn incentive pay with an average payout of $550 - $1,500 per month, after approximately 6 months of employment.
