Napa Valley Care Center is seeking compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing skilled nursing team in Napa, California. If you are passionate about caring for seniors, helping residents maintain their dignity and independence, and working alongside a supportive clinical team, we'd love to hear from you. Pay & Benefits $21.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience Full-time and Part-time positions available Stable scheduling Supportive leadership and clinical team Career growth and advancement opportunities Positive and collaborative work environment CNA Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff Take and record vital signs as assigned Assist with meal service and hydration needs Maintain accurate documentation according to facility policies Help create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals Qualifications Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Current BLS/CPR certification preferred Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, compassionate, and team-focused attitude Ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced healthcare environment Why Join Napa Valley Care Center?
