Job Summary The Manager of Business Continuity leads daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, developing strategic plans to optimize processes and achieve business goals. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring key performance indicators, and managing resources to maximize productivity. The Business Operations Manager fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, ensures compliance with regulations, and supports technology solutions to enhance operational capabilities while providing leadership and mentorship to team members. This position will be reporting to the SHI Somerset NJ office as determined by SHI management. Role Description Lead and oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes and achieve business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in operational performance. Manage resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize costs. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the operations team. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Support the development and implementation of technology solutions to enhance operational capabilities. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development. Skill Level Requirements Understanding of business operations and strategy: Comprehension of the inner workings of a company, including its market positioning, competitive dynamics, and operational processes. - Expert Proficiency in project management: Ability to oversee and direct projects to completion, ensuring goals are met and resources are utilized efficiently. - Expert Data Analysis: Ability to examine, clean, transform, and model data to discover useful information and support decision-making. - Expert Experience using Microsoft Excel: Experience in utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including the use of formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools. - Expert Proficiency in stakeholder management: Ability to effectively manage and align stakeholders to achieve business objectives. - Expert Other Requirements Completed Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields required. 3+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, product development, or partner management roles. Ability to travel 20% 1+ years of management experience preferred The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
